Cotterstock House is a contemporary 4800ft² dwelling situated in Green Belt, Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Area of Great Landscape Value. The original dwelling undertook significant extensions and extensive remodelling to create a well balance modern home. This project was challenging to reach the end goal due to the strict planning constraints linked with the location. A strategy was proposed to obtain a variety of planning consents and certificates to achieve our clients ultimate ambitions.
