Tom Patton
Managing Director

Tom founded Patton Architecture in 2014 as a residential design-focused practice dedicated to exceeding client expectations. He leads the design and management of Patton’s projects. Tom is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (MCIAT).

Tom Smith
Associate Director 

Tom has extensive experience in architectural, urban and strategic planning through to construction and detailed design. He has worked on a broad range of projects, including detailed mixed-use and residential masterplans and town regeneration strategies. He has been involved in a wide range of projects, covering all work stages, from initial concept through to completion. Tom is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (MCIAT), The Academy of Urbanism (AoU) and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA).

Paul Griggs
Associate

Paul has developed a strong skill set in the design and management of construction projects across all sectors. With a strong creative drive and a passion for sustainable architecture, Paul continues to focus on creating unique, cost efficient architectural solutions that meet the functional needs of his clients. Paul is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (MCIAT) and a Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB)
